Update Project Online Default Fields in MS Flow

One good thing about the Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint connector is that it can do many things. Microsoft Flow hasn’t provided everything. This is why some functionalities that you’re looking for may not have a corresponding connector.

The Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint connector allows you to use Project Online REST APIs.

This is an example of how to update the default fields for Project Online. We won’t be needing an authentication, so we don’t have to worry. You can follow this simple process easily.

The project’s default fields are Name, Description, and Start Date.

Site Address: Add the site URL of your PWA

Method: Since it is for the default fields of the Project, we will be using PATCH

Uri: _api/projectserver/Projects(‘’)/Draft

Please make sure that you have the Project UID of your Project. We have added the Project UID in a variable. Note that it depends on you on how you want to do it dynamically.
